We are excited to share that Penguin Facades has been named a finalist for Trade Contractor of the Year – Construction, for our work on the Public Transport Operations Control Centre (PTOCC) Project in East Perth.
This project, located on the corner of Harold Street and West Parade, recently won the 2025 AGWA Design Award for Commercial Window/Glass Project Over $750,000.
We look forward to celebrating at the awards night on 5 September at the Crown Ballroom.

AGWA’s Western Australia Chapter gathered for a great day of golf at Wembley Golf Course followed by the Awards Presentation Sundowner to celebrate the Western Australia winners of the 2021 AGWA Design, Industry and Apprentice Awards. A fantastic time was had by all, both on and off the golf course.
The team at Penguin Facades is delighted to announce that at the 2019 Master Builders - Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards held on the 20th of July (better late than never!) we were two time winners! Winning the Sub-Contractor of the year award for both the Structural & the Cladding sub-categories for our work at William Square.
We have an exciting new project on the horizon for the Penguin Team. Once again, we will be working with Warrington Property Group, updating & refurbishing the podium & entrance of 179 St. Georges Terrace. Works include a bespoke kinetic feature facade, entrance canopy, entrance glazing & curved black glazing.
